One permanent full-time position available
Wage: $43,222.40 – $55,411.20 (starting wage contingent upon experience)
Hours: Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00am – 1:30pm, Saturday, 5:00am – 1:30pm or
four 10-hour days that includes Saturday & Sunday
Job Summary
Under general supervision performs work in the maintenance of municipal buildings, pools, facilities and grounds and performs other related work as required.
Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other
High school education or G.E.D. and four to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in janitorial or building maintenance. Certified Pool Operator Certification within six months of hire. Automated external defibrillator, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid certified within six months of hire. Valid State of Iowa driver's license with satisfactory driving record. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other
High school education or G.E.D. and seven to twelve months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Plumbing experience and certified pool operator experience.
