Join representatives from across a municipal parks and recreation agency—including administration, parks maintenance, aquatics, and recreation programming—for a panel discussion on how each division contributes to a shared mission. Gain a better understanding of department-wide operations and leave with ideas for strengthening teamwork and organizational effectiveness within your own agency. 

Day will conclude with tours of Centennial Park Hy-Vee Center & Splashpad, Community Center, and Penn Meadows Park
