Now Hiring: Assistant Parks Foreman
(Full-Time | Hourly Range: $19.23 – $24.04 per hour | Approx. $40,000 – $50,000 annually)

The Vinton Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist in the operation and maintenance of community parks, facilities, and equipment. The Assistant Parks Foreman performs hands-on and supervisory work alongside the Parks Foreman, ensuring parks, playgrounds, trails, pool, and recreational areas are safe, clean, and ready for community use.

Qualifications
– High school diploma or GED required
– Two years’ experience in a related field preferred
– Must possess a valid Iowa Driver’s License and meet the City’s motor vehicle policy requirements
– Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
